Talent Management and Development leader with the passion and drive to deliver creative, yet pragmatic solutions to help businesses move forward with their strategic agendas. With over 15 years’ experience as an HR leader in financial and professional services organisations, Sarah has worked with a range of business leaders in complex and fast paced environments and now use this experience as a consultant.


Sarah has held several HR leadership roles in Financial and Professional service organisations, specialising over the last 6 years in Talent Management and Development.  She has led teams and Centres of Excellence that are responsible for developing and delivering the People and Talent strategies, partnering with the C-Suite and senior leaders. Sarah has built extensive experience in Leadership Development, High Potential Development, Succession Planning, Talent Assessment, Performance Management and Organisational Change & Development, designing the frameworks for the business, and delivering the solutions.  She is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools which she has utilised to support the development of leaders, coaching them to achieve higher performance.


A collaborative and inquisitive approach which allows her to work in partnership with leaders to diagnose challenges or problems and deliver creative, yet pragmatic and commercial solutions. Sarah understands the importance of building trust as a foundation of any relationship so takes the time to understand those she works with. She can work at pace and navigate complex situations and environments. Sarah is passionate about creating environments where there is equity of opportunity for high performance, development, and progression.
