I am a strategic advisor with over 20 years’ experience of working globally at Board level with major brands across multiple industries. My area of expertise is in helping organisations create sustainable growth by restructuring their entire operating model to truly put the customer at the heart of their business.

I am responsible for the development of internationally recognized thought leadership in the discipline of customer-led change that has been proven across a multitude of successful strategy, innovation and transformation programs. I have spoken at numerous conferences, business events and universities, and have been quoted across multiple publications on this topic.

Background

I have been managing consulting organisations since 2004, having been involved in the development, sale and exit of two very successful niche consulting firms, the second of which was short-listed for New Management Consultancy of the Year.

As part of this, I have led over 40 major programs of work across multiple industries, the majority of which have focused on driving long-term sustainable growth. My client list covers a wide range of industry verticals including TMT, Financial Services, Retail, Utilities, B2B, Logistics, Real Estate, Utilities and Events. This has given me a unique perspective on being able to take best practices from other sectors when looking at potential solutions for new clients.

A core element of all projects is the focus on building the emotional buy-in by executives and staff, to compliment the more logical approach to solving the issues that we are working on. This involves gamifying a lot of the interactions and spending significant time in 1-2-1’s with leaders to help them understand their personal and professional goals.
