Her commercial experience equips her with c-suite insights into sales, people strategy & HR, governance and operational leadership. In her previous roles, Kate has held executive board-level roles at FTSE multinationals where she was accountable for strategy, profit and loss in declining markets through to founder roles at high-growth startups.

In 2004, Kate qualified as a professional coach and facilitator at the Institute of Human Development. Her focus and energy comes from a life-long passion answering questions relating to how to align, equip, energise and enable people to reach peak performance individually and collectively, and how to harness that value within an ever changing organisation and societal landscape.

Kate has worked as a psychologist, coach and facilitator at the highest level across a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, aerospace & engineering, consulting & sales, media, technology & digital, retail, public sector and not-for-profits.

Regardless of the industry and working environment, Kate’s coaching is rooted in intuition and focused on helping her clients uncover blind-spots, challenge beliefs, think differently, appreciate relationship and system dynamics and ultimately to help people make the complex simple.
