Joe is a Performance Psychologist and Senior Consultant at Ground + Air and the most recent recruit to our ever-growing team. He was previously Head of Performance Psychology at RocheMartin.

Joe has considerable experience in the world of human performance and is highly skilled at applying his knowledge of performance psychology into business, education and sporting environments.

Joe has over seven years of experience supporting high performers within business, sport and education to be the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and has extensive training in a range of psychological therapies. Joe is fascinated by human performance and is passionate about helping people thrive.
