Anusha is a commercial, pragmatic and highly focused accredited executive coach and leadership facilitator. She draws on sound psychological theories, her working experience and balances this with using practical interventions that are fit for purpose for organisations and individual clients. Background

Before pivoting into coaching and consulting, I spent over 15 years of experience working in Senior Human Resources roles, working across different sectors and geographies. Through this, I developed extensive experience working strategically with organisations, leaders and managers in nurturing talent and building high performance teams in various sectors.

As an executive coach and leadership facilitator, I have worked with Executive Teams, Boards, Partners and leaders across a range of sectors to facilitate behaviour change through understanding themselves and their impact on others. I am constantly challenging thinking and belief systems to enable meaningful change – and fun! My focus is on sustained changed which ultimately leads to improved performance.

Beyond my sharp business acumen, intersectoral experience and ability to build rapport with clients, lie two of my strongest motivators: a love of learning and a passion for empowering others.

Expertise

Leadership Development:

I am an experienced trainer and facilitator. I am currently a lead facilitator on two Leadership Development programmes for Managing Partners and Directors. This involves focus groups to understand requirements, design and facilitation of programmes. Topics are wide ranging, but includes EQ, leading through change, developing psychological safety, having difficult conversations, coaching and strategic thinking.

I also worked with Care organisations to create mentoring capacity in their organisation with their Directors and facilitated development sessions with them.

I worked on a senior leadership programme for Area and Cluster Managers at a large retail organisation as they went through a big transition to get managers to step up into more leadership roles.

I design and facilitate workshops for leaders and managers particularly on topics to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. I have experience of working with small and mid-size organisations to design and facilitate programmes for first timeline managers as well as senior leaders stepping into leadership roles.

Coaching:

I am an experienced and accredited executive coach who enables senior managers and recently promoted managers to enhance their performance.

I enjoy working with clients who are going through transitions in their lives, be it change of job, relocation, change in personal circumstances and parenting. I am also really passionate about working with clients on inclusion and understanding the benefits of this and looking at how this can be enhanced with senior leaders.

Executive, Board and Team Facilitation Development:

A family law firm was recently restructured and a new executive team was formed. I worked with the team to understand their purpose and vision as well understanding how they work effectively as a leadership team. Using psychometrics assessments and 360 feedback, we designed a few workshops to facilitate their thinking on how they work more effectively as a team and lead their various parts of the organisation. This was the rolled out to the next level of Managing Partners, which included group coaching and learning.

I have worked with Executive Teams to understand their impact on culture of organisations. This involves both team and one to one work, understanding drivers, behaviours and impact on others.

Executive and High Performance Coaching:

I am an experienced and accredited executive coach who enables leaders, Partners, Directors realise their potential and enhance their performance and their teams. I have worked on various leadership development programmes as a 1-2-1 coach, particularly during times of transition and realiging organisational goals.

I have recently worked with senior executives as they engage with Diversity and Inclusion and the pressure for them to have a response. This is challenging and new for many executives, but imperative for growth of businesses. I am supportive, yet challenge beliefs and mindsets.
