Diana is a Team Coach and Leadership Development expert, applying her psychology background to enable clients to progress. Diana has previously held senior Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Learning and Development roles delivering increased organisational effectiveness.

Background

Diana works with leaders and their teams to increase organisational performance. Her client’s often have a strong technical background or operate in a complex setting in both the private or public domain.  She provides leadership development, behavioural change, team and executive coaching. Her approach includes considering the context that clients operate in to help bring new and different insights to their knotty challenges often during times of changing priorities, heavy workloads, and demanding targets. She draws on a range of psychology backed models and tools as appropriate to the situation but holds these lightly and works in service of her client’s end goal, increasing leadership or team capability.
