Delivering peak performance workshops for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity

Ground+Air was out in force at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2024. This was the second year we have delivered in the Palais – a huge endorsement of our profile and methods.
Our specialist team included two expert physiologists, a chartered psychologist and an executive performance coach who delivered a truly rounded perspective for CMO’s and their global marketing teams across six workshops.
Booked as part of LIONS Advisory’s Cannes Curated programme, the sessions were superbly received and felt constructive, current, and fun.
The topic for 2024 was ‘energy’: how we nurture it, how we retain it, how we track it, how we apply it, and replenish it so we can feel at our best and perform at our best. And keep doing so.
The workshops led to some fascinating (and often quite intimate) discussions with leaders around how they operate in the wake of changing working practices and expectations. We covered the steps leaders, marketeers and creatives can (or already) take to achieve high performance across the many domains they have to juggle; how they carve out the balance that best fits them, and the conditions they can put around their teams to support more flow.
