Workshops and Panels for Female Leaders in Sport.

“A Sporting Journey Conference”, sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Sport, happened this week in Riyadh. The event, organised by WIMENA, focuses on supporting and promoting women and inclusivity at all levels.

Jim Brown and Clayton Green, formerly at McLaren, and Ground+Air’s Head of Data and Insights joined the “Wellbeing – Physical & Mental Health” panel, which was moderated by Julia Stewart of Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers. The panel also included was made up of Saudi Esports Federation‘s Asma Altuwaijri and Dr. Mindy Howard at Cosmic Girls Foundation.

Jim and Clayton then ran a workshop, sharing peak performance principles from our Flow Performance Framework and Q&A for leaders who wanted to learn about leadership performance and wellbeing.
