Advanced training to develop sports coaches and athletes in emotional intelligence.

Ground+Air extended its certifications to enable us to now train and accredit elite sports coaches in the use of the Emotional Sports Inventory (ESi) – the world’s leading EI assessment tool.

Like the business-version, Ground+Air’s core team initially trained with the ESi’s creator, Martyn Newman at RocheMartyn back in 2017 – hence this already forms an important part of our work.

This Master Practitioner accreditation allows us to qualify experienced coaches so they can interpret ESi findings, run feedback sessions with players and athletes and support them as they seek to further develop their emotional intelligence.  

The ESI has been deployed to many elite teams and sports organisations including the England Rugby Football Union, Arsenal FC, professional golfers, tennis players, hockey, Olympic athletes.
