Ground+Air achieves “Train-the-Trainer” accreditation in the assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence in Business.

23 January 2025

Ground+Air’s founder, Jim Brown, has extended his accreditation to Master Practitioner level with the emotional intelligence assessment company and global industry leaders, RocheMartin. This enables Jim and his team to train and accredit experienced L&D professionals and coaches so they can independently administer, interpret, feed back and develop their people using the Emotional Capital Report Self, 360, Teams, Selection.

Jim has a long and close history with RocheMartin’s founders, the psychologists Martyn Newman and Judy Purse that dates back to 2017. Ground+Air hired RocheMartin’s former Head of Performance in 2022, and have since curated a team of coaches and trainers who share expertise – and an interest in this area.

Jim Brown said:

“I’m really chuffed to have been entrusted with this level of accreditation. We have always liked and rated the RocheMartin team and their offering. ‘Mental & Emotional Skills’ is a key pillar in our Flow Performance Framework and already a fundamental component of our 121 coaching and team development programmes. It feels like the world is acknowledging emotional intelligence as the critical skill set like never before. This work feels important, plus it’s fun and rewarding to deliver”.
