Judging tech start-ups for The Ford Family Foundation at London’s Shard.

Last week we had the pleasure of joining the Ford Family Foundation‘s Ignite 2024 event with our Ground+Air founder Jim Brown joining the judge’s panel alongside Sanjeev Baga, Jack ford and Sarah Grieves, and Laura Pulleyn running the show.

The Ford Family Foundation’s Ignite is a social enterprise pitching competition for young people and young businesses and provides a share of a £50,000 Impact Accelerator Fund.

Developing founders and leaders is at the heart of the work Ground+Air does so we were delighted to be able to support this initiative, and the brilliant finalists, by offering them two of our emotional intelligence masterclasses. Thank you to RocheMartin and Guy Halfhead for kindly donating Emotional Capital Reports (ECRs) which is the assessment tool we will use to help the founders identify and further develop their emotional intelligence.
