Bespoke coaching and development programme for PubMatic – and an offsite in Bali

Ground+Air has worked with the advertising technology firm, PubMatic, for three years.

Following an initial instruction from head office in New York, Ground+Air coached the EMEA leadership at C-suite, VP and Director-level. We then delivered team coaching and facilitation, and a development programme which is now in its second iteration.

The success of the EMEA programme prompted PubMatic US to ask us to work with APAC’s leadership team in early 2024, designing and delivering a bespoke coaching and development programme.

The principal objective was to enhance the communication, impact and influence of leaders – so they could work more cohesively and effectively together – and prepare for more innovation and growth across 2025.

Ground+Air interviewed select leaders, administered insight tools and designed a programme that was delivered over six months. This involved seven of PubMatic’s APAC VP and Country Leads who took part in self-assessments, 360 assessments, 121 feedback sessions and coaching. We then brought the team together to deliver an in-person team coaching and development experience at PubMatic’s off-site in Bali in September, with some of the team also attending via Zoom.

C-suite and Human Resources were further involved in a post-event wash-up where Ground+Air assigned next-steps to ensure the work was embedded.
