Partnering with Guild Racing ahead of the inaugural Esports World Cup in Riyadh

27 August 2024

Ground+Air’s latest programme with Guild Esports supported their pro-sim racing team in its development, preparation and performance at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh.

Ground+Air’s multi-disciplinary team created a compressed version of its Flow Development Programme, which involved working in tandem with the drivers, coaches and engineers to prepare them for the ESL R1 tournament.

The Esports World Cup sees the best teams and players from around the globe compete for $60million and the accolade of being named the best esports club and team in the world.

Sim racing is a key vertical for Ground+Air. Successful performance and development projects include Guild’s Elite Development Programme, and the ‘Performance Accelerator’, which we rolled out for Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 esports team across the 2022/23 season.

Ground+Air continues to work with other teams and players (male and female) in games including CS2, Valorant, FIFA and Fortnite.

Leveraging Ground+Air’s multi-disciplinary team and resources, we offer unique and powerful methodologies and approaches to help professional esports players, teams and organisations unlock their full potential – to achieve more “flow”.

“I can’t shout out enough about the quality of the work that Ground+Air does to elevate teams, athletes, and people.

Working with Ground+Air Jim was a transformational experience for both myself and the team at Red Bull Racing Esports. I’d urge anybody within the Esports industry who is serious about elevating mental wellbeing and support for their teams/staff to reach out to Ground+Air to talk about what they can offer.”
