Contributing thought leadership for LIONS Creative (cMBA)

LIONS is the number one global resource for the creative industry. Top brands, advertising agencies, studios and media organisations value and trust it. So, Ground+Air was delighted and honoured to be asked to contribute to LIONs’ brand new cMBA course.
This was the result of the innovative work we’ve been doing in the performance and talent development realms. LIONS invited our founder, Jim Brown to curate two learning blocks entitled “Building healthy habits” and “Achieve peak performance”.
The cMBA is a digital programme designed to help educate creatives and marketers. The course supplies them with the understanding of what it takes to deliver a Lion-winning standard of creative marketing that drives impact. Jim was asked to advise and deliver a section of the syllabus on finding your ‘flow’.
The course was designed to democratise access to world-class learning and accelerate the careers of its learners. It is informed by over 70 years worth of Lion-winning work and delivered by industry leaders and trailblazers. Jim features as the Flow Performance contributor within module two.
The LIONS cMBA welcomed its inaugural cohort in May of this year, and all successful graduates receive official certification from the globally recognised LIONS brand. The second cohort started in October.
