It’s also a key trait and characteristic that many of the world’s best known and greatest leaders embody, and work to improve upon every day. In sport, leaders who can express their own emotions effectively and appropriately are more likely to have high performing teams. 

Ground+Air was delighted to be asked to deliver a series of workshops for elite football managers, coaches and technical staff from the Premier League, Championship, Leagues 1 and 2, Super League and Women’s Championship. 

The interactive masterclass on leading with emotional intelligence to drive performance is a key part of Ground+Air’s approach – and is as applicable to business success as it is to elite sports performance and leadership.
